Our grant management software has been designed to meet the unique needs of our customers in the fields of education, non-profits and foundations. The WizeHive solution provides both pre-award and post-award functionality in a powerful, affordable, and easy to use format. We build custom online forms to accept applications online, consisting of one or multiple pages which can also accept an unlimited number of file uploads. Once applications have been collected, reviewers and committee members can collaboratively rate, rank and review applications privately at random or through a specifically assigned administrator. The applicant’s data is stored in a secure database, available for reporting or for future data mining. Applicants can also submit the names and email addresses of recommenders. Our grant software can then email recommendation requests and track the status of each request.
We’ve worked with such organizations as the Organization for Autism Research, the President’s Council of the Arts, Rio Grande Cancer Center and The Community Foundation for Brevard County. Through working with these organizations, WizeHive was able to help streamline an otherwise lengthy and paper piling application process.
